7. Coaching services and separate agreements
If you purchase or engage coaching services, those services are governed by:
- a Coaching Agreement
- a Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
- any applicable Coaching Package Addendum, invoices, or written terms
Those documents are incorporated by reference where applicable.
To the extent there is any conflict, the separately executed Coaching Agreement and Liability Waiver control with respect to coaching services.
8. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
If you purchase services, you agree to the pricing, billing, cancellation, refund, and scheduling terms provided at the time of purchase or in the applicable agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- fees must be paid as specified
- missed sessions may be forfeited
- refunds are limited and governed by the applicable agreement
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website:
- in violation of any law
- to interfere with site functionality or security
