Integrated Fitness Coaching

This Coaching Package Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into by and between Zey Enterprises, LLC (DBA Integrated Fitness Coaching), a Colorado limited liability company ("Coach"), and ________________________ ("Client").

This Addendum supplements and is incorporated into the Coaching Agreement between Coach and Client effective as of ____________________ (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Addendum have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

This Addendum defines the selected coaching package, fees, billing dates, service cadence, onboarding session, weekly progress review and feedback, ad hoc written support, package-specific scope, renewal terms, and any additional Services agreed to by Coach and Client.

If there is any conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement, this Addendum controls with respect to package selection, fees, service cadence, included services, billing start date, renewal date, package-specific limitations, and additional Services expressly agreed to in this Addendum. The Agreement controls with respect to general legal terms, scope limitations, disclaimers, confidentiality, recordings, intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, and all other matters, unless this Addendum expressly states otherwise.

For standard monthly packages, the selected package and the Default Package Terms section establish the ordinary package terms. The Overrides, Modifications, and Special Terms section changes those terms only where it expressly says so. For Custom Integrated Support, the Custom Integrated Support section defines the applicable package terms.

Default Package Terms

The following default terms apply to the Foundation, Integrated, and Intensive packages, unless modified in the Overrides, Modifications, and Special Terms section. Custom Integrated Support is governed by the Custom Integrated Support section.

Every standard monthly package includes the following shared terms:

  • comprehensive application and intake review
  • 90-minute onboarding session
  • weekly progress review and feedback as frequently as once per week, including substantive evaluation, recommendations, and appropriate plan adjustments related to Client's coaching work
  • ad hoc written support for clarification and troubleshooting related to Client's coaching work
  • referral or tandem-support discussion when a need belongs with a licensed professional
  • 3-month initial engagement, billed monthly

For standard monthly coaching packages, and for Custom Integrated Support if the early off-ramp is expressly incorporated in the Custom Integrated Support section, either party may decide within 14 days after the onboarding session that continuing is not appropriate. If either party exercises this early off-ramp, Services will end at the end of the first billing period, no further monthly payments will be due under the initial 3-month engagement or applicable custom package term, and the first payment is not refundable. Any unpaid amounts for additional Services remain due. The early off-ramp is not a satisfaction guarantee and does not create a right to a refund.

Overrides, Modifications, and Special Terms

This section modifies the default terms in the Default Package Terms section for Foundation, Integrated, or Intensive packages. Leave blank if there are no overrides. Custom Integrated Support is described in the Custom Integrated Support section.

Only the terms expressly modified below are changed. All other default terms remain in effect.

Active Coaching Focus

The selected package is organized around the following goals, priorities, or areas of emphasis. This section records the practical focus of coaching. It does not expand the selected package beyond the scope stated in this Addendum, the Agreement, or any later written modification agreed to by both parties.

For Foundation, the selected package includes one primary coaching focus at a time, considered through an integrated lens. Broader context may be considered, but broad active coaching across every domain of Fitness Development is not included unless expressly stated in the Overrides, Modifications, and Special Terms section.

For Integrated and Intensive, coaching may include broader active work across the major areas affecting Client's goals, subject to package scope, Client's needs, Client's communication, available data, Client's adherence, and Coach's professional judgment.

Onboarding Session

The onboarding session is the first substantive coaching session under this Addendum. Its purpose is to establish the initial working context, clarify goals and constraints, review relevant intake information, identify priorities, and set the initial direction for coaching.

The onboarding session may include, as appropriate, the following:

  • review of Client's application, intake form, goals, history, and current circumstances
  • clarification of the primary and secondary areas of focus
  • initial prioritization of coaching work
  • identification of relevant constraints, risks, and required outside professional support
  • establishment of initial coaching expectations and communication norms
  • initial direction for physical exercise, nutrition, emotional regulation, intellectual development, habits, recovery, or other relevant areas of Fitness Development

The onboarding session does not guarantee a complete training program, nutrition plan, habit plan, written analysis, or other deliverable by the end of that session. Any specific deliverables are subject to the package scope, coaching priorities, timing, and Coach's professional judgment.

If Client cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend the onboarding session, the Scheduling and Cancellations section of the Agreement applies.

Live Sessions

Included live coaching sessions are conducted by voice or video call, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement. Included sessions are intended to be used during the applicable billing period. Unused sessions do not automatically carry over beyond the applicable billing period, except as expressly agreed in writing or as provided in the Agreement. This does not limit any rescheduling rights expressly provided in the Agreement.

Weekly Progress Review and Feedback

Weekly progress review and feedback is a structured coaching process in which Client provides relevant updates, data, questions, and context, and Coach reviews that information and provides substantive evaluation, recommendations, and appropriate plan adjustments related to Client's coaching work.

Weekly progress review and feedback may be used to review progress, identify obstacles, assess adherence, evaluate implementation, clarify relevant context, and determine whether adjustments are appropriate.

Client is responsible for providing the information needed for meaningful review. The relevant information may include bodyweight, nutrition data, physical exercise logs, habit or practice completion, recovery, sleep, stress, obstacles, questions, reflections, or other information relevant to Client's coaching work. Information does not need to be resubmitted if it is already available to Coach through an agreed shared tool, spreadsheet, app, or log.

Coach will provide feedback within 72 hours of Client's complete submission, normally sooner when feasible. Feedback is available as frequently as once per week. If Client submits late, inconsistently, or less often than weekly, Coach will respond after submission, but Client may receive fewer review-and-feedback cycles during that month.

Weekly progress review and feedback is not unlimited back-and-forth. Coach may ask clarifying questions when needed. Additional clarification and troubleshooting between progress reviews are handled as ad hoc written support under the Ad Hoc Written Support Between Sessions section.

Weekly progress review and feedback is not emergency support, crisis support, real-time support, or a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, physical-therapy, or other licensed professional care.

Ad Hoc Written Support Between Sessions

Ad hoc written support is for clarification and troubleshooting related to Client's coaching work. It may include questions or updates about implementation, logistics, use of agreed tools, reasonable clarification of recommendations, obstacles that arise between sessions, or other matters related to Client's coaching work.

Ad hoc written support is not unlimited back-and-forth and does not include open-ended coaching by text. Extended philosophical, emotional, psychological, values-based, or life-direction analysis belongs in live sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coach normally aims to respond to ad hoc written support within the response norm stated in the Default Package Terms section, excluding holidays, travel, illness, emergencies, and periods of limited availability communicated to Client. This is a general response norm, not a guarantee, and does not create any obligation to provide real-time, emergency, crisis, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or on-demand support.

If Client requests substantive coaching through asynchronous communication that exceeds the included package scope, Coach will advise Client in advance before treating such communication as billable additional Services.

Local, Hybrid, or In-Person Support

Possible examples include movement review, gym orientation, kitchen or meal-structure support, practical implementation work, local accountability work, or other in-person coaching support that meaningfully serves the coaching plan.

Local, hybrid, or in-person support is not included in any default package. If local, hybrid, or in-person support is authorized, the following terms apply.

If no separate cancellation terms are stated here, the Scheduling and Cancellations section of the Agreement applies.

Blank entries in this section do not authorize local, hybrid, or in-person support. Local, hybrid, and in-person support are authorized only if the relevant service, fee or rate, and billing terms are completed here or otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

Additional Services

Coach and Client may agree to Services outside the selected package. Additional Services are not included unless agreed in writing.

Additional Services are intended for work that falls outside the selected package or requires additional time, format, intensity, scheduling, review, preparation, or support beyond the included package terms. Examples may include additional live coaching time; asynchronous review, written analysis, or preparation that materially exceeds the weekly progress review and ad hoc written support included in the package; local, hybrid, or in-person support; short-term intensive support; project-style work; unusual scheduling; or other support not included in the selected package.

Coach and Client may authorize additional Services in this Addendum, by email, or by another mutually agreed written method. To be effective, the written authorization must identify the additional Service, expected time or scope, applicable fee or rate, billing terms, and Client's written agreement to proceed.

Additional Services not paid in advance may be billed when the outstanding balance has reached $100, 30 days have elapsed since the last invoice, or at the conclusion of Services, as provided in the Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, additional Services are subject to the same disclaimers, limitations, confidentiality terms, intellectual property terms, cancellation rules, and dispute-resolution terms as other Services under the Agreement.

Blank entries in this section do not authorize additional Services. Additional Services are authorized only if the relevant service, fee or rate, and billing terms are completed here or otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

Renewal, Cancellation, and Notice

If this Addendum provides for monthly Services, Client acknowledges that monthly Services renew month-to-month after the initial 3-month engagement or applicable custom package term, unless discontinued by either party with at least 14 days' written notice before the next renewal date.

Either party may discontinue monthly Services by providing written notice as required by this Addendum and the Agreement. Client may provide written notice to Coach by email at: arthur@integratedfitnesscoaching.com

If Client entered into this Addendum through an online medium, Coach may provide an online cancellation mechanism. If such a mechanism is provided, Client may use that mechanism to discontinue monthly Services. Use of an online cancellation mechanism provided by Coach is considered valid written cancellation.

Cancellation by any other mechanism is not considered valid unless confirmed in writing via email by Coach.

Cancellation is effective only for future billing periods and does not entitle Client to a refund of fees already paid, except as expressly stated in the Agreement, this Addendum, or as required by law.

If any material renewal, fee, cadence, or cancellation term changes, Coach will provide notice to Client in a manner that can be retained by Client. Continued Services may require a signed updated Addendum or other written confirmation.

Scope Boundaries and Outside Professional Support

Client acknowledges that the Services are educational and advisory and do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatry, physical therapy, rehabilitation, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis or treatment of eating disorders, legal advice, or emergency/crisis support.

Coach may recommend that Client seek support from a licensed professional, including a physician, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional.

Coach may decline, suspend, modify, or terminate Services if, in Coach's reasonable judgment, Client's needs exceed the scope of coaching, require licensed professional care, or cannot be appropriately integrated with outside professional support.

Coaching may proceed alongside licensed professional support when appropriate, but coaching does not replace such support.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to the following:

  • provide accurate, complete, and timely information in application, intake, health disclosure, onboarding, and coaching communications
  • promptly update Coach about relevant changes in physical health, injuries, medications, limitations, mental health, emotional state, psychological condition, schedule, life circumstances, goals, constraints, or other factors relevant to coaching
  • provide relevant updates, data, questions, and context needed for weekly progress review and feedback
  • exercise independent judgment in deciding whether and how to implement coaching recommendations
  • monitor Client's own physical and mental condition
  • seek appropriate professional care when needed
  • participate in coaching in good faith
  • pay all fees when due
  • respect scheduling, cancellation, and communication boundaries

Client understands that the effectiveness of coaching depends substantially on Client's effort, consistency, communication, and judgment.

Package Changes

Coach and Client may agree to upgrade, downgrade, pause, modify, or replace the selected package only by written agreement.

Package changes may affect and of the following:

  • monthly fee
  • session cadence
  • weekly progress review and feedback
  • ad hoc written support
  • active coaching scope
  • billing date
  • renewal date
  • initial engagement terms
  • early off-ramp rights
  • local or in-person support
  • included or excluded additional Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, package changes do not create a refund right for Services already provided or time already reserved.

Acknowledgment of Package Terms

Client acknowledges, agrees, and attests to the following:

  • Client has reviewed this Addendum.
  • Client understands the selected package, fee, billing terms, live coaching cadence, weekly progress review and feedback, ad hoc written support, renewal terms, cancellation policy, and early off-ramp terms.
  • Client understands that package selection may limit active scope, live session cadence, implementation support, and response norms for ad hoc written support.
  • Client understands that not every area of Fitness Development is actively included in every package.
  • Client understands that additional Services are not included unless agreed in writing.
  • Client understands that Services are subject to the Agreement, including all disclaimers, limitations, confidentiality terms, intellectual property terms, cancellation terms, and dispute-resolution terms.
