A fitness plan proves itself under friction. Travel, deadlines, parenting, poor sleep, conflict, and emotional strain reveal whether the system is actually usable. When the whole plan collapses under ordinary life pressure, the issue is not always discipline. Sometimes the design is too brittle. A durable plan keeps enough structure to preserve momentum while remaining simple and flexible enough to resume quickly when conditions are imperfect.
